Use of Services Conditioned on Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services (“Services”) provided by BYE.BYE TRAVEL AGENCY CO. L.L.C, a company incorporated under the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the ByeByeGlobal website, mobile application, or related online services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, which constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “Customer,” or “You”) and ByeByeGlobal  (“ByeByeGlobal,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”).

If you do not agree to all of these Terms, please refrain from using our Services.

1. Definitions

• Company / ByeByeGlobal : Refers to BYE.BYE TRAVEL AGENCY CO. L.L.C and/or its subsidiaries, affiliates, or officially registered branches operating under UAE law.
• Customer / User: Any individual or entity using the ByeByeGlobal platform to search for, book, or purchase travel-related products or services.
• Services: Include but are not limited to flight bookings, hotel reservations, car rentals, holiday packages, and airport transfers provided directly or through third-party suppliers.
• Service Providers: Airlines, hotels, tourism operators, transportation companies, and other independent third-party suppliers whose services are made available through the ByeByeGlobal platform.
• Website / Platform: Refers to ByeByeGlobal’s online interfaces, including the website, mobile application, and any digital tools or communication channels used to provide the Services.

2. Limitations on Use

By using our Services, you agree that:

• You will only use the Services for legitimate, personal, and lawful purposes.
• You will not make speculative, false, or fraudulent bookings or any reservations made in anticipation of demand.
• You will not use the Services in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any ByeByeGlobal system, or interfere with another user’s use and enjoyment of the Services.
• You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, computer systems, or networks connected to the platform.
• You will not use automated tools, bots, spiders, or scripts to extract data or interact with the platform.

ByeByeGlobal reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access if any misuse or violation of these Terms is detected.

3. Changes to the Services and Terms

ByeByeGlobal reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time and without prior notice.

We may also revise these Terms from time to time. Any continued use of the Services following such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. The most recent version will always be available at www.byebyeglobal.com .

Unless expressly stated otherwise, no amendment or modification of these Terms shall be valid unless agreed in writing and duly authorized by ByeByeGlobal.

4. User Account

You may choose to create a personal account on ByeByeGlobal to manage your bookings, preferences, and saved details. By doing so, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself;
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and not share them with others;
• Take full responsibility for all activities conducted through your account; and
• Notify ByeByeGlobal immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

ByeByeGlobal will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access due to your failure to maintain security of your credentials.

Your account is for personal use only and cannot be transferred or assigned to others.

5. Bookings and Payments

All bookings made through ByeByeGlobal are subject to confirmation and acceptance by the relevant service providers.

You agree that:

• ByeByeGlobal acts solely as an intermediary between you and the respective service providers;
• All payments must be completed using valid and authorized payment methods;
• Any incorrect information provided by you (including traveler names, dates, or details) may result in additional charges or cancellation;
• Prices displayed are dynamic and subject to change without prior notice as they depend on information provided by airlines, hotels, or other third parties; and
• Additional charges, including taxes, airport fees, and payment surcharges, may apply and will be displayed before checkout.

Payment Fees: Certain payment methods may incur transaction or processing fees. These will be shown prior to completing your booking. Once a booking is confirmed, such fees are non-refundable.

Currency: All prices are displayed in the selected currency. Depending on your card issuer, cross-border or foreign exchange charges may apply. ByeByeGlobal is not responsible for bank-imposed surcharges or exchange rate variations.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials contained within the ByeByeGlobal platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, designs, software, and user interfaces, are the intellectual property of BYE.BYE TRAVEL AGENCY CO. L.L.C or its licensors.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or otherwise use any part of the platform for commercial purposes without prior written permission from ByeByeGlobal.

Unauthorized use may result in civil and/or criminal liability under applicable UAE intellectual property laws.

7. Third-Party Providers and Sites
8. The travel products, services, and packages made available through ByeByeGlobal are offered by independent third-party providers who are not agents, employees, or representatives of ByeByeGlobal.
9. ByeByeGlobal does not own or control these providers and is not responsible for their actions, omissions, representations, warranties, or defaults.
10. Displaying travel options or offers from third parties on our platform does not constitute an endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with those providers.
11. Your interactions, transactions, and communications with third-party providers are solely between you and the respective provider.
12. ByeByeGlobal is not liable for the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of data received from third-party sources.
13. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

ByeByeGlobal makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of information on the platform;
• The availability, performance, or uninterrupted operation of the Services;
• The quality, safety, or fitness for a particular purpose of any travel product offered by third-party providers.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ByeByeGlobal disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, and fitness for a particular purpose.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties. In such cases, these disclaimers shall apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ByeByeGlobal, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• The use or inability to use the Services;
• Delays, cancellations, or errors caused by third-party service providers;
• Data inaccuracies or loss of information; or
• Any unauthorized access or alteration of your transmissions or data.

In all cases, ByeByeGlobal’s total liability, if any, shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific booking giving rise to such a claim.

10. Fraud Management

If any booking or account displays signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, ByeByeGlobal reserves the right to:

• Cancel any related reservations;
• Freeze or close associated user accounts;
• Deny access to the platform; and
• Pursue legal action to recover damages or losses.

ByeByeGlobal further reserves the right to conduct verification checks, request identity documents, and take other reasonable measures to maintain the security and integrity of its systems.

11. Redress Terms

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BYE.BYE TRAVEL AGENCY CO. L.L.C , its affiliates, partners, and employees from and against all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms;
• Your violation of any law or third-party rights; or
• Your misuse or unauthorized use of the Services.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE, for any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the Services, or any transactions made through ByeByeGlobal.

Use of the Services is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these Terms.

13. Diverse Terms

• If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be replaced with a valid, enforceable provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original.
• Failure by ByeByeGlobal to enforce any right or provision under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of such right.
• These Terms, together with any other referenced documents or policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and ByeByeGlobal regarding the use of the Services.
